What’s The Password is out!
Now you can feel as stupid as me while trying to solve +100 puzzles in the 18 supported languages, Arabic by yours truly 🤠
A huge thank you to Montassar Ghanmi for the type design, and as always, to Dan DiIorio for his continued trust. Congrats on reaching profitability in two days!
Dan wrote an article breaking down budgeting for this release:

The most surprising bit, to me, was localization being about as expensive as the game’s outsourced assets combined.
And although I’m sure a ton of factors played into this success story, I still can’t help but consider his games excellent examples of why good, comprehensive localization efforts matter.
TrampolineTales’ games all support 15+ languages, pay well above average for most pairs, credit all participants, and drag LSPs in-game when they refuse to hand over translator names.
Somehow, that hasn’t bankrupted him yet. So I guess it’s working just fine?
Food for thought!
One last thing—an extra special thank you to Eternal Dream Arabization for their stellar technical support throughout the last 3 years! <3
We’re discontinuing our outsourcing partnerships entirely and moving all our offerings in-house in our next stage, to focus on better retaining our singular vision on our end, and to tackle more exciting endeavors on their end.
It’ll take a while to catch up with their RTL magic, but we’ll try our damn hardest.
There’s some lingering collabs still cooking, so keep an eye out for our final credits together!
